A gentle yet effective cleansing foam with white ichthyol, designed for seborrhea-prone skin and other skin conditions associated with itching and irritation.
Active Ingredients
Dermosoft® decalat liquid – an active ingredient that specifically targets microorganisms responsible for skin concerns such as seborrheic dermatitis, dandruff, athlete’s foot, female intimate area infections, as well as conditions linked to unpleasant body odour and increased perspiration. The anionic substances in Dermosoft® decalat adhere well to the skin, helping to ensure a long-lasting effect.
White ichthyol – offers anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative, and antimicrobial properties. It also helps reduce excess sebum production and soothes itching.
Properties
Antimicrobial action. Dermosoft® decalat liquid works specifically against microorganisms that cause skin disorders.
Sodium caproyl/lauryl lactylate is a natural, gentle alternative to triclosan and climbazole.
Triethyl citrate – used in products for acne-prone skin and provides a deodorising effect. It is a natural deodorising ingredient that helps protect against unpleasant odour caused by sweat and skin-dwelling bacteria.
Optimal performance at pH 4.5–5.5 – aligned with the pH of healthy skin.
Protects the skin’s natural barrier – effectively cleanses without stripping lipids from the skin surface.
The anionic substances in Dermosoft® decalat adhere well to the skin, ensuring a long-lasting effect.
Very well tolerated – evidence-based data confirms that both components do not irritate the skin or eyes and are non-mutagenic (do not increase the risk of DNA mutations in cells).
How to Use
- Remove the cap. Press the pump 4–5 times to dispense the optimal amount of foam.
- For the body: Apply to damp skin, gently massage, then rinse with water.
- For the scalp: Apply to wet hair, gently massage into the scalp and leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse with water. If you have long hair, you may need to shampoo twice with Mediket Ictafoam.
- Use 2–3 times per week for 4–8 weeks. Afterwards, use Mediket Ictafoam as a preventive measure 1–2 times per week.
