Therefore, all customers who shop in the www.manodrauge.lt online store, regardless of whether they are registered or unregistered users, receive 7% back in points (in the form of a discount coupon) from the total value of non-discounted products in their cart. These points are converted into euros and can be used during your next purchase. The coupon code with the amount due to you will be included in an email that you will receive within 2 days after your order has been shipped. General Terms of the Loyalty Program
All customers purchasing products from www.manodrauge.lt. automatically participate in the loyalty program starting from 2021-08-23. If you do not wish to participate in the loyalty program, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +370 685 19820.
- For customers of www.manodrauge.lt the money is returned in the form of a discount coupon within 2 days after the order has been shipped.
- If you chose the payment method “Cash/card upon delivery” but did not collect your order and did not pay for it, the coupon granted to you will be canceled and cannot be used.
- www.manodrauge.lt refunds money only from the amount paid for products (excluding delivery costs), i.e. money is not refunded from delivery fees or discounted products.
- Each coupon is assigned to a specific customer and can be used only once.

- Only one discount coupon can be used per transaction.
- Money issued by www.manodrauge.lt in the form of discount coupons can be used to pay for all products in the store, including discounted products.
- Money granted by www.manodrauge.lt in the form of discount coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All discount coupons are valid for 60 days (2 months) from the date of issue. After the expiration date, the coupon can no longer be used.
- UAB “Prekės grožiui” reserves the right to change the loyalty program without prior notice.
