All of our shampoos are free from SLS and SLES (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium Laureth Sulfate), which are aggressive cleansing agents that can irritate the skin. Instead, we use a milder cleansing surfactant derived from coconut: Sodium Coceth Sulfate. Choosing a more skin-friendly cleanser helps protect scalp health and supports its physiological balance over time.
No Petrolatum
Petrolatum (Paraffinum Liquidum / Petrolatum) is a refined petroleum derivative that coats hair and skin with a film that can prevent them from “breathing” and receiving the oxygen they need. We chose to replace it with naturally derived ingredients that offer similar performance while being more skin-compatible and gentle for overall wellbeing.

No Silicones
Silicones are inorganic, silicon-derived polymers created through chemical synthesis. While they can instantly soften hair and add shine by forming a film over the hair fiber, over time they may compromise the hair’s structure. They can also prevent active ingredients from penetrating the hair by sealing the cuticle layer. That’s why they are not included in our formulas.
