Delivery Terms

We deliver goods ordered in the manodrauge.lt online store throughout Lithuania within 1–5 business days after payment (the order day is not included).

DPD courier shipments are delivered only on business days; shipments are not delivered on public holidays or weekends.
Shipments to OMNIVA parcel lockers are delivered on business days and Saturdays (in the 10 largest cities in Lithuania).
For orders over 45 EUR, delivery is FREE!

DPD parcel lockers

Shipments are delivered within 1–5 business days throughout Lithuania to the selected parcel lockers.
Price: €2.90 if the order total is less than €45. If the order total is higher, delivery is free. 

OMNIVA parcel lockers

Shipments are delivered within 1–5 business days. In major cities, shipments are also delivered to parcel lockers on Saturdays. Shipments are stored for up to 7 days. 
Price: €2.90 if the order total is less than €45. If the order total is higher, delivery is free. 

DPD courier

Shipments are delivered within 2–5 business days. Shipments are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Price: €3.50 if the order total is less than €45. If the order total is higher, delivery is free. For orders to the Curonian Spit, an additional €17.38 per parcel fee applies.

About OMNIVA parcel lockers - this is a convenient and simple way to receive a parcel, as you can pick it up at any time of day that suits you. As soon as the parcel reaches your selected parcel locker, you will be sent an SMS message. IMPORTANT! Please provide your exact phone number, because the message with information on how to collect the parcel from the parcel locker will be sent to the number you provide.

About DPD - we will deliver your parcel to your preferred address: to your workplace, to your home, or to another address of your choice. When choosing this delivery method, you must provide the following details: the exact delivery address (the delivery address may differ from the Buyer’s address); mobile phone number; other circumstances that are important for completing the delivery (e.g., coded doors, security, etc.).

Important! When accepting a parcel from the DPD courier or collecting it from an OMNIVA parcel locker, check whether the packaging and the goods are undamaged. If damage has occurred, note it on the delivery document and inform us by email at [email protected] within 3 calendar days.
