Online store and delivery of goods
When purchasing goods in our online store www.manodrauge.lt, on the basis of contract performance, we collect and process your purchase data (first name, last name, email address, phone number, locality, street, house/apartment number, postal code, payment data (bank, bank account)) and delivery-related data (preferred delivery time, other information relevant for the courier, the Omniva parcel locker where you wish to collect the goods) so that we can fulfill your order and deliver the goods. If you do not provide this data, we will not be able to fulfill your order and deliver the goods.
Applicants’ personal data
We process the personal data (first name and last name, contact phone number, email address and CV) of applicants who have sent their CVs directly to us by email or via job advertisement portals so that we can carry out the selection of candidates for a job position. We process these applicants’ personal data on the basis of consent.
When carrying out recruitment for a job position, we process only those applicants’ personal data that are related to qualifications, professional skills and professional qualities. We do not collect or process applicants’ special categories of personal data or personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences.
After the selection period for a specific position ends, we delete the CVs and other data submitted by applicants, unless we have received the applicant’s consent to process their personal data for a longer period in order to be able to offer a job position. In such case, we store the applicant’s personal data for 1 year.
Website inquiries
When you submit an inquiry on our website www.manodrauge.lt, in order to be able to respond to your questions, we collect and process your name, email address, the indicated subject and comment. We process your personal data on the basis of consent. If you do not provide these personal data, UAB "Prekės grožiui" will not be able to respond to your inquiry.
Games and lotteries
Based on your consent, in order to be able to organize games and lotteries and notify you about winnings, we process the first names, last names, phone numbers and email addresses of persons participating in lotteries. We process your personal data on the basis of consent. If you do not provide these personal data, UAB "Prekės grožiui" will not be able to ensure your participation in games and lotteries.
Data retention period
We process and store all your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes specified in this policy.
We store your order data in our online store for 10 years.
We store website inquiry data as well as games and lottery data for no longer than 10 years.
We process and store the data required for direct marketing for 3 years from your last purchase in the online store www.manodrauge.lt, except where you withdraw your consent earlier.
Disclosure of data to third parties.
Personal data are transferred only to trusted third parties with whom we have concluded agreements, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. For the purpose of providing services to you properly, we transfer your personal data to the following partners:
Companies providing courier services that deliver goods to you at the addresses you specify;
Suppliers of goods who deliver the Goods directly to you;
Companies providing financial services with whom you conclude installment purchase agreements for goods;

Law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of all data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.
Your consents and rights
You have the right at any time, by contacting us at [email protected], to access the personal data we process about you and how they are processed, to request the rectification of incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data, to request the suspension of the processing operations of your personal data, except for storage, where the data are processed in violation of the law and the terms of this policy, as well as the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (right to data portability).
