1. These terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter the “Terms”), once accepted by the Buyer (having read the Terms and ticking the box next to the statement “I have read and agree to the rules of ‘manodrauge.lt’”), constitute a legally binding document for the parties, setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller (UAB “Prekės grožiui”, which administers the e-shop manodrauge.lt), the conditions for purchasing goods and paying for them, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the “manodrauge.lt” online shopping center.

2. Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods

In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer (a natural person, consumer) has the right to withdraw from a purchase-sale contract concluded remotely and return quality goods purchased in the Manodrauge.lt e-shop to the Seller.
In order to withdraw from the purchase-sale contract, the Buyer must, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods, contact the Seller by e-mail at [email protected] and submit a clear statement regarding the return of the goods, and indicate their name and surname, telephone number and order number, the name and quantity of the goods to be returned.

When returning goods to the Seller, the following conditions must be observed:
The Buyer may not return goods that are perishable, or are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, as specified in Article 6.228 (10) paragraph 2 of the Civil Code. The Buyer must ensure that the quality, packaging, and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements of the returned goods do not change.|

Returned quality goods must meet the following requirements:

•    The goods must be in the original packaging, with the outer film undamaged;
•    The goods must be undamaged and unused;
•    The quantity of the goods must correspond to the quantity indicated on the packaging;
•    The returned goods must not have lost their commercial appearance (packaging not bent, stickers not peeled off, etc.)

These requirements do not apply to defective goods;

If items are missing from the received parcel or the contents of the parcel do not match the order, the Buyer must inform the Seller and send a photo within 1 business day from receipt of the parcel. If the goods were sold at a discount, the amount paid after discounts is refunded. The costs of returning quality goods are borne by the Buyer.

Upon withdrawal from the contract (returning the goods), the Buyer must send or deliver the goods to the Seller without undue delay and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of submitting the notice of return to the Seller. The goods are replaced or the money paid for them is refunded to the Buyer to their account no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of the notice of withdrawal from the contract; however, the Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been dispatched to the Seller. The Seller has the right not to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure set out in this section of the Terms.

The Buyer must send the returned goods by courier to the address Lapių g. 17, Bajorų km, Vilniaus raj. LT14181.

If the Buyer has purchased defective goods, the Buyer has the right to submit claims during the legal warranty period, which is 2 years from delivery of the goods; if a use-by period is set for the item – within that period. The costs of returning defective goods are borne by the Seller.
