How to use:
- For a natural look, apply the Eye Pencil along the upper lash line as close to the lashes as possible. For more intensity, also line the lower lash line.
- Using fingertips, gently tap a small amount of Cream Illuminisor onto the inner corner of the eye and along the brow bone, then blend any remaining product across the eyelid.
- Finish with mascara, sweeping the wand from the roots to the tips of the lashes. Repeat until you achieve your desired length and definition.
