How to Use
Usage: Soak cotton pads with this water and sweep over the face to thoroughly remove Coconut Makeup Remover Oil and the Azulene Under-Eye Drainage Mask for dark circles and puffiness. This water is also ideal as a decongesting compress for swollen, tired and red eyes affected by external factors such as sun, wind, intense cold or prolonged computer work. Leave soaked cotton pads on closed eyes for 10 minutes.
