Dr. Spiller Anti Couperose Cream is a 24-hour moisturising facial cream designed to care for skin prone to couperose and visible redness. It helps protect and strengthen fragile blood vessels, improves the appearance of couperose-affected skin, and reduces redness, irritation, and itching. The key ingredients—soothing active complexes, panthenol (vitamin B5), and horse chestnut extract—support veins and capillaries while reinforcing capillary walls. Suitable for couperose- and rosacea-prone skin with fragile capillaries and subcutaneous micro-bleeding, and can also help brighten the look of dark circles around the eyes.
Skin redness often develops when tiny capillaries dilate. Over time, vessel walls lose elasticity, become thinner and more fragile, and may start to rupture. In some cases, capillaries take on a bluish tone. Eventually, they can no longer return to their normal state, leading to visible vascular networks on the skin—especially around the cheeks and nose. Couperose is an early stage that can progress into rosacea and other deeper facial concerns. Couperose can be divided into stages:
