Dr. Spiller ANTI COUPEROSE GEL - Anti-couperose serum for sensitive skin, 20ml
Product Information
A lightweight, highly concentrated, intensive anti-couperose gel serum (oil-free) designed for skin with dilated, clearly visible, fragile capillaries. This serum helps protect and strengthen blood vessels, improves the appearance of couperose-prone skin, and reduces redness, irritation, and itching. Ginkgo biloba extract tones the skin and supports capillary elasticity—helping to even out the complexion while helping to prevent further progression of couperose. The formula also stimulates microcirculation. For best results, use together with a 24h anti-couperose cream.
Skin redness often occurs due to the dilation of small capillaries. Over time, vessel walls lose elasticity, become thinner and more fragile, and may begin to rupture. In some cases, capillaries may take on a bluish tone. Eventually, they can no longer return to their normal state, resulting in visible vascular networks on the skin—especially around the cheeks and nose. Couperose is an early stage of vascular skin changes that may progress to rosacea and other deeper facial concerns. Couperose can be classified into stages:
Stage 1 – Blood vessels are not visible, but the skin frequently flushes.
Stage 2 – Slightly visible facial capillaries appear; a stinging sensation may occur during cleansing.
Stage 3 – Redness persists continuously in affected areas. The skin may become dry and inflammatory reactions may occur.
Stage 4 – The facial vasculature is broadly affected and a spasmodic response may occur, causing the affected areas to appear pale.
The anti-couperose cream used together with the anti-couperose gel is suitable for any of these stages.
- Lipid content: 0%
- For hypersensitive skin: suitable for couperose-prone skin and rosacea care.
- Helps protect and strengthen blood vessels.
- Activates skin microcirculation.
- Hydrates, tones, and improves the appearance of already compromised skin.
- Soothes and supports regeneration.
Active Ingredients
Soothing active complex, rutin, ginkgo biloba, panthenol.
Usage
Morning and evening, gently pat a small amount of serum onto clean, dry skin (face, neck, and décolleté). Leave on for a few minutes until fully absorbed. Use 1–2 times daily. Follow with an anti-couperose cream. This gel is intended as an additional step before applying a cream suited to your skin type. If the skin temporarily reddens after application, this is a normal response indicating microcirculation is being activated; the redness should subside shortly.

Lipid content: 0%; pH 5.8–6.2.
